Source Insurance launches updated GI platform

Source Insurance has unveiled a new update to its general insurance (GI) platform to help brokers obtain quotes quicker.

The GI provider has rebuilt its household and landlord quote journeys, meaning fewer questions will be required to get a standard quote, while still accommodating for more complex cases.

Source has revamped its interface to make it more intuitive for brokers and as part of the redesign process, the firm tested the system with a diverse group of brokers to ensure it met their needs.

“Brokers have told us they would like to do more GI business but are finding it hard to fit into their demanding schedules,” commented Source director of sales, Carl Oakes. “We are excited to be releasing our latest update, which will enable them to produce more quotes without compromising on choice.

“Last year we integrated third-party property data into the platform to streamline the system for brokers. This update shows our continued commitment to invest in and improve our services.

“We’ve redesigned our system so brokers can tailor quotes a lot faster and to a greater extent, enabling them to demonstrate the value they can offer.”
