TMA Club and Tandem Bank announce new partnership

TMA Club has announced a new partnership with specialist lender Tandem Bank as it continues to expand its panel for lenders.

Directly Authorised (DA) brokers who are members of TMA will now have access to Tandem’s residential and second charge mortgages.

The lender has designed this range to assist underserved customers who do not meet the high street approach of a minimum credit score or automated process.

Tandem has also announced new partnerships with PRIMIS Mortgage Network and SimplyBiz Mortgages this week.

“We are proud to have partnered with TMA Club, one of the UK’s leading mortgage clubs, making it easier for brokers across the UK to offer affordable and green mortgages to consumers,” said director of mortgage division sales and distribution at Tandem, Roger Morris.

“We look forward to helping TMA’s members benefit from our wide range of specialist products and our unique blend of technology and manual underwriting processes, which allows us to individually assess each application on its merits.”

Development director at TMA, Lisa Martin, commented: “As consumers balance environmental concerns with the challenges of the cost of living crisis, we are proud and excited to partner with Tandem in a move which further enhances TMA’s broad panel of bespoke lending solutions for all borrower needs.

“It’s fantastic that Tandem has designed products with underserved customers in mind, and we look forward to seeing its mortgages add value for brokers and buyers alike.”
