West One BTL criteria added to Knowledge Bank platform

Knowledge Bank has confirmed that it has added the buy-to-let (BTL) range of West One Loans to its criteria search platform.

West One works with a range of landlords across the UK covering specialist and mainstream enquiries, and recently revamped its BTL criteria.

Brokers will now be able to search for West One products on Knowledge Bank which is the largest criteria database in the UK. The platform now holds the full criteria of more than 270 lenders and over 135,000 individual pieces of criteria.

“Having West One’s comprehensive range of BTL products on our platform is a great benefit to brokers,” said Knowledge Bank CEO and founder, Nicola Firth. “They are a trusted lender and the teams’ flexible underwriting approach and customer service ensures brokers get quick decisions.”

Director of West One’s BTL division, Andrew Ferguson, commented: “As a lender that prides itself on utilising technology to ensure a seamless product journey, partnering with Knowledge was a complete no-brainer.

“Knowledge Bank is an essential tool for brokers to find lenders’ criteria, and adding our parameters will help grow awareness of our industry leading range so we can continue our growth in the sector.”
