CFBUK Network has launched a new strategic partnership with specialist finance broker, Loans Warehouse.
The collaboration will give CFBUK appointed representatives direct access to regulated second charge mortgages and bridging loans.
The announcement follows growth in the second charge market in 2025, which included the lending barrier breaking the £200m threshold in June for the first time in nearly two decades.
Against this backdrop, CFBUK said that the partnership with Loans Warehouse positions its brokers to meet rising demand for regulated borrowing options while maintaining high standards of compliance and client care.
The partnership also strengthens the network’s regulated specialist lending proposition, ensuring brokers across the network can offer clients more tailored, compliant solutions without stepping outside their permissions.
Furthermore, commercial finance brokers within CFBUK will be able to support their clients more comprehensively, particularly when they need to release equity of raise short-term finds secured against their main residence.
Managing director at CFBUK, Kevin Macleod, said: "This partnership fixes a long-standing gap for our brokers. Regulated second-charge and regulated bridging cases come up all the time, and until now, they’ve either had to be declined or pushed somewhere else. That isn’t good enough.
"By working with Loans Warehouse, our advisers finally have a clean, compliant route to keep these clients and deliver the right outcome without stepping outside their permissions. It strengthens relationships, keeps business in the network, and ultimately raises the standard of what we can offer as a whole."
Co-founder at Loans Warehouse, Matt Tristram, added: "We’re delighted to be working with CFBUK and its network of professional brokers. Regulated second-charge and bridging products are increasingly important tools for advisers, and this partnership ensures CFBUK members can offer these options confidently, knowing every case is handled by specialists committed to compliance and exceptional client service."
