Homeowners Alliance launches MQube's chatbot on its website

HomeOwners Alliance has launched MQube’s AI-powered chatbot, Criteria Genius, on its website to provide additional support and education on the homebuying process for its online visitors.

People visiting the website for advice on property-related issues can interact with the chatbot, asking a range of property related questions and receiving an AI-generated answer based on the firm’s content.

HomeOwners Alliances is a property advice website that receives over 300,000 visitors per month, providing individuals with advice and services to help them navigate the journey of buying, selling and owning a home.

Developed by MQube, Criteria Genius uses large language models to generate answers to any questions based on the HomeOwners Alliance content. The AI chatbot is available 24/7 and improves efficiency.

Chief executive officer at HomeOwners Alliance, Paula Higgins, said: "Buying a home is one of the biggest and most stressful decisions people make, and we want to make sure they get the right advice at the right time. Our new chatbot means people can now get instant, personalised answers to their property questions, day or night. It’s an important step in using technology to help more people feel informed and in control of the homebuying process."

CEO at MQube, Stuart Cheetham, added: "As an industry the more we can do to use the cutting edge of AI and financial technology to enhance the way we educate and support consumers as well as create efficiencies that enriches the customer experience, the better. It’s fantastic to see HomeOwners Alliance leading the charge, doing just this, and are delighted they have chosen to launch MQube’s chatbot and can see how valuable this tool will be for its website visitors."
