Market Harborough BS partners with Brilliant Solutions

Market Harborough Building Society has partnered with mortgage club and specialist packager, Brilliant Solutions, to make its specialist lending solutions available to more brokers across England and Wales.

The partnership will give Brilliant Solutions members access to the society’s flexible mortgage and bridging finance cases up to £5m.

Members will also benefit from the packager’s support for complex cases, underwriting and decisions from its daily credit committee.

Market Harborough provides loans from £200,000 to £5m and caters for those with more complex circumstances, with its range of mortgages tiered based on case complexity. It offers flexible solutions including residential up to £3m, large loans up to £5m, buy-to-let (BTL) and holiday let, expats and bridging finance scenarios.

Brilliant Solutions focuses on complex cases, offering brokers access to its panel of lenders, products and guidance across residential, BTL, bridging and commercial lending.

National account manager at Market Harborough Building Society, Stacey Wood, described the partnership as a "great fit".
