Rosemount Financial Solutions (IFA) has welcomed a number of new advisers in the final quarter of 2024. Graham Nash and Alex Pugh have joined the firm from Castle Stonebridge, while Adam Robinson moved from Coastline Financial. Other appointments include David Winder from Rosemount Wealth Management, Shital Patel from Prism Financial and Mike Parker from Avondale Associates.

Nationwide has made reductions to selected rates for new customers moving home and first-time buyers. For the former, rates two-year products start from 5.42% at 95% LTV with no fee, while the 75% LTV product is available from 4.24% with a £1,499 fee. The society’s five-year fix starts from 4.09% at 60% LTV with a £1,499 fee, while the 85% LTV product is available from 4.45% with a £999 fee. For first-time buyers, two-year fixes start from 4.50% and 5.29% at 80% and 95% LTV respectively, while three-year fixes start from 4.29% and 4.64% at 60% and 85% LTV respectively. These first-time buyer products come with a £999 fee.

Interbay has refreshed its entire semi-commercial and commercial product ranges, including limited edition products for both purchase and remortgage. The products have rates starting at 6.94% for commercial and 6.19% for semi-commercial with a 3% fee. For clients needing smaller loans with increased flexibility, a new core range has bee introduced which features lower 2% and 5% fee options and reduced rates. The minimum loan size is from £150,000 and is available up to 75% LTV. There are also new semi-commercial options based on residential value and commercial products based on EPC ratings with lower rates for C+.
