Keystone has reintroduced a 7% arrangement fee option on selected five-year products to allow for landlords to achieve higher levels of leverages. The fee products offer lower rates to its other five-year fixed products, with the 7% arrangement fee option now being available on its five-year standard at 4.69% at 65% LTV and 4.79% at 75% LTV. On its specialist products for properties with one to six occupants or units, rates start from 4.99% and 5.09% at 65% and 75% LTV respectively.

Loans Warehouse has appointed Nigel Lewis as its head of key accounts. He brings more than 20 years of financial services’ experience and joins the firm to lead the expansion of its network partnerships. As part of the role, Lewis will focus on enhancing key partnerships and relationships with mortgage clubs and networks. His arrival marks a milestone for Loans Warehouse as its pushes forward with ambitious plans to scale its distribution reach and increase adviser education around specialist lending.

Paragon Bank has launched a new cash ISA with a 15-month fixed rate starting at 4.25%. The bank said that the new product compliments its existing range, which includes a double access ISA at 4.50%. A recent survey by Paragon of 800 active cash ISA savers found that 70% hold a fixed-rate cash ISA, with 46% holding cash in an easy access ISA account. A further 28% of cash ISA savers also hold investments in a stocks and shares ISA.
