OMS integrates with DocuSign for e-sign capabilities

One Mortgage System (OMS) has completed a full integration with DocuSign to provide users with a streamlined way to manage e-signature capability.

The new functionality allows users to send, sign and store documents digitally without leaving the OMS platform.

The CRM and loan origination platform for intermediaries and lenders said that the integration helps cases move forward by cutting down on manual admin and minimising errors. It also offers clients a secure signing process accessible on any device.

DocuSign was founded in 2023 and serves more than one million customers and hundreds of millions of users in over 180 countries.

OMS’ platforms covers residential, buy-to-let, second charge, equity release, bridging, and commercial mortgages, as well as general insurance and protection, to provide users with product sourcing, protection sourcing and criteria searching.

Managing director at OMS, Neal Jannels, said: "Brokers are under constant pressure to deliver speed, accuracy, and great client outcomes. This integration with DocuSign reflects our commitment to removing unnecessary friction from the mortgage process.

"By embedding world-class e-signature technology directly into OMS, we’re giving brokers the tools to work more efficiently and offer their clients the smooth, modern experience they need and expect."
