Post Office and Ocean Finance join Compare the Market’s money platform

Compare the Market has announced that Post Office and Ocean Finance are the latest brands to directly integrate their credit card products onto the price comparison website’s money eligibility platform and comparison service.

Both firms are powered by Capital One, which was directly integrated onto Compare the Market’s direct panel of lenders earlier this year.

Integrating directly will enable Post Office and Ocean Finance to benefit from Compare the Market’s new money decisioning platform and access its large customer base. In return, Compare the Market can now offer its customers a wider range of credit cards with more personalised deals.

Compare the Market has expanded its credit card and loan offering since the start of the year, in order to give its customers more ways to compare products and save money.

Chief growth officer at Compare the Market, Andy Hancock, said: "We are thrilled to welcome Post Office and Ocean Finance to our direct panel of credit card providers, enhancing our relationship with Capital One further.

"Our purpose at Compare the Market is to make financial decision making a breeze for everyone. The addition of these two brands propels us further forward in offering our customers more ways to save and compare the latest products and deals."

Head of marketing at Capital One UK, Katie King, added: "Following Capital One's successful launch onto Compare the Market's decisioning platform earlier this year, we're pleased that these further integrations will expand the reach of our partner brands to their customer base. We continually look at ways to make our products available in the channel of choice for each customer, which allows us to help even more customers get access to and succeed with credit."
