Purplebrick Mortgages has partnered with customer service technology firm, JammJar.
The collaboration will give advisers and administrators across Purplebricks Mortgages access to JammJar’s AI-powered platform, which is designed to remove admin, automate compliant follow-ups, and support communication throughout the mortgage journey.
JammJar’s platform supports mortgage processes using AI and support advisers and administrators with case management, compliance and audit trails, communications and customer updates and document validation.
