Rosemount Financial Solutions (IFA) adds Offa to lender panel

Offa has been added to Rosemount Financial Solutions’ (IFA) lender panel.

Offa is an Islamic property finance fintech that provides paperless funding decisions to Sharia-compliant finance. It recently gained authorisation from the Financial Conduct Authority to offer home purchase plans in the UK.

It also provides Sharia-compliant bridging finance in the UK and last year, it introduced a modern buy-to-let finance product with quick funding decisions delivered via a paperless process.

As a result of the new partnership, members of the Rosemount network will have access to Offa’s range of property finance products.

The mortgage, protection and financial planning network has recently expanded its lender panel by appointing firms including Atom bank, Market Financial Solutions, Redwood Bank, Moda Mortgages and CHL Mortgages.

Chief executive officer at Rosemount Financial Solutions (IFA), Ahmed Bawa, said: "It’s vital for our advisers to be able to cater to the needs and circumstances of each individual client. Offa is bringing a new, Sharia-compliant approach to the market, catering for both investors and home buyers who need fast finance decisions and a paperless application process. Offa and Rosemount share the same commitment to top-class customer service, which is why they are such a great fit for our panel.

"As a network, we are determined to keep expanding the range of options available to our advisers, giving them all the tools they need to deliver for their clients irrespective of their situation. That focus on providing outstanding support to advisers is why we have seen such strong growth over the last few years, and sets us apart from the rest of the market."

Group chief commercial officer and managing director of home finance at Offa, Sagheer Malik, added: "Offa is on a mission to transform the traditionally old-fashioned and cumbersome world of Islamic property finance and bring it into the 21st century and working with a well established mortgage network such as Rosemount is another important part of our journey.

"Both businesses believe in providing an exceptional experience for our customers, and Rosemount advisers will now be able to provide their clients with fast and modern Sharia-compliant options."
