Vida offers brokers chance to give local community a helping hand

Following the launch of Vida Homeloans helping hand mortgage, the first joint borrower sole proprietor mortgage to be offered by a specialist lender, the lender is offering mortgage brokers the opportunity to help a local school, community centre, charity or sports club.

In order for brokers to enter the prize draw, they must watch Vida’s new video offering information on the helping hand mortgage and answer five questions correctly for the chance to win £1,000 worth of labour and materials.

Commenting on the draw, Vida Homeloans director of dales Louisa Sedgwick said: “We are proud of our new Joint Borrower Sole Proprietor mortgage and want to give brokers a helping hand in supporting their local communities. We are hoping to see some great ‘before and after’ photographs of facilities being renovated. We will also offer our PR resources to help the winner publicise their involvement in the project in their local media. Make sure you enter by 31st August!”

The entry deadline is 31 August 2018.
