Connect for Intermediaries adds Blacks Connect to panel

Connect for Intermediaries has announced the addition of Blacks Connect to its Solicitor Referral Panel.

Connect has been growing rapidly in terms of broker members and Blacks Connect is the latest firm to be added to one of the widest panels in the country.

With this appointment, Connect indicated the group could act as sole conveyancing partner for its lenders, and that it would enable brokers to earn a referral fee while clients could avoid doubling up on solicitors’ fees.

Connect CEO, Liz Syms, commented: “Blacks Connect is a natural partner for us. They are committed to serving the specialist lending market and are one of the most trusted and qualified solicitors in the market.

“Bringing their experience and deep understanding of the market to our network members will add extra value to the service we offer our brokers.”

Blacks Connect is an intermediary conveyancing firm with a focus on the specialist lending market and is part of the full-service law firm Blacks – one of the largest law firms in the country.

The group suggested its knowledge of markets and product options means it will be able to provide expert guidance on a full range of specialist finance solutions.

Blacks Connect partner and owner, David Gilman, added: “I am delighted Blacks Connect will be working with Connect for Intermediaries. Our two businesses have much in common, both being customer-focused and providing the highest levels of service, advice and professionalism to the specialist lending market.

“I look forward to a long-lasting and mutually rewarding relationship which will ultimately benefit both the brokers that use Connect and their clients.”
