e4 Strategic extends partnership with Caversham House

e4 Strategic has extended its partnership with Caversham House to embed its AI capability into its VERSA platform.

The collaboration will accelerate all facets of VERSA’s production environment while building long-term internal capability and skills.

To date, the advances have delivered impact across e4’s production teams, with sprint velocity increasing by more than 50% and around 20% code review time saved through combined human-and-AI review.

The partnership reflects e4’s ongoing commitment to using AI responsibly, not as a replacement for people but as a tool to empower them.

Chief executive officer at e4 Strategic, Simon Slater, said: "VERSA is all about helping lenders and conveyancers modernise the post-offer journey, and this partnership equips e4 with the most modern tools available and the AI adoption know-how to use them safely and effectively.

"As a tech company, this can be a long road at times, but we are focused on building lasting capability rather than short-term fixes, enabling us to give our clients faster development cycles, with strong compliance, and more scalable operations, all via VERSA. This also strongly supports the AI functionality being embedded into the platform itself to support users."

Founder and CEO at Caversham House, Chris Hornby, concluded: "AI adoption sticks when people are given the tools, training, and expertise to reshape their own workflows.

"By working across the e4 teams, we’re embedding that approach into VERSA, ensuring e4 remains at the forefront of its own AI journey, while giving users the benefit of fast but sustainable improvements on an ongoing basis, regardless of which tools or models are currently in fashion. And it’s been a real pleasure to be part of that transformation with the e4 teams."
