First 4 Bridging rebrands as Envelop

First 4 Bridging (F4B) and the F4B Network have announced a full rebranding of the businesses and will now be known as Envelop and Envelop Network respectively.

The packager firm has operated in the specialist lending market for over 20 years, while the F4B Network was launched in February 2021.

The number of appointed representatives (ARs) affiliated with the mortgage and protection network has grown steadily over the past 18 months and culminated in a surge of recent sign-ups over the summer, reaching the milestone of 100 ARs.

Envelop stated that the new rebrand has taken place to “reflect the growing level of enquiries” involving complex residential transactions, buy-to-let, second charge, commercial term loans and development finance.

CEO at Envelop, Myles Williams, commented: “We are extremely proud of the work that went into building the First 4 Bridging brand and the reputation we have established over the past 20 years. However, the brand ended up feeling a little restrictive as we have ambitious growth plans in place for both our packager business and for our network which is going from strength to strength.

“The specialist lending market has evolved in recent years and we have evolved as a business in line with this. We will certainly not be turning our back on bridging finance as this is what we are best known for but growing demand from our introducers and intermediary partners dictates that we need to have a strong presence in all areas of the specialist markets to deliver the type of solutions which can make a real difference to their clients and their business.

“This rebrand marks an exciting transition and we look forward to using our experience, expertise and strength of relationships to establish Envelop as a trusted specialist packaging and network partner for an even wider intermediary audience.”
