LiveMore added to Tenet’s panel

LiveMore Capital has been added to Tenet Network Services’ mortgage panel with immediate effect.

The specialist lender in Interest Only mortgages for borrowers over the age of 55 suggested it will be a welcomed addition to the financial adviser group’s “high calibre existing panel”.

LiveMore director of sales, Alison Pallett, said the lender has been been working to broaden its market reach so that it can provide a greater choice of options for intermediaries, to help more borrowers over the age of 55.

“The opportunity to work with Tenet gives us a fantastic platform to showcase our products and proposition,” Pallet said. “Our market leading LTV of 75%, coupled with our fresh look at affordability, really does mean that intermediaries will be able to offer more choice to their customers.”

Tenet director of strategic development, Ben Wright, added: “We’re continually looking for ways to expand the choice of great products available to our advisers and I believe that LiveMore joining our mortgage panel will do just that.

“The need for later life lending is becoming more prevalent and LiveMore’s focus in this space will no doubt enhance our advisers offering to their clients.”
