Movera launches new online training academy

Movera has launched a new own online academy to provide conveyancing and other skills training specifically designed to revolutionise employee development.

The academy platform was designed in response to a lack of dedicated online training for conveyancers.

The launch of the academy follows Movera’s rebranding last autumn which brought together seven home moving brands from across the sector, including ONP Solicitors, CLG and Grindeys.
The platform has an extensive course catalogue, which offers employees access to over 45 courses across a wide range of topics.

To cater to as many learning styles as possible, Movera said the materials are delivered through a range of mediums including video, e-learning, guides, quizzes and both in-person and webinar instructor training classes.

Head of learning and development at Movera, Chris Harvey, said: "We wanted to create a platform that enables individuals to take ownership of their professional development journey, encouraging the continual learning of our workforce.

“The academy marks a significant milestone in the company's commitment to fostering a culture of continuous learning and upskilling.”
