Black & White Bridging has appointed Lisa Klychkova and Liam Dorrington as an investment analyst and assistant accountant respectively. The specialist lender said the new hires reflect the company’s continued growth and commitment to delivering both operational excellence and strong investor engagement. Klychkova joins the team to support both the lending and investment arms of the business. She brings a background in financial analysis and a strong network, and will work to expand the firm’s investor base. Dorrington brings strong financial operations experience to the role and will provide support to Black & White’s finance function.

West One has introduced a new 97.5% LTV product for both second charge and residential mortgage customers, without credit scoring and up to 6.5 times loan to income as standard. Remortgage customers are also eligible for the new high-LTV range, allowing capital raising remortgages for most legal purposes. Furthermore, West One has reduced rates by up to 30 bps on its residential mortgage range, with rates staring from 5.39%, while on its buy-to-let mortgages, West One has introduced a new limited edition product starting from 2.99%.

Rob Kerry has been appointed as actuarial director at Broadstone. He joins the firm’s insurance, regulatory and risk division within its life insurance team, which delivers a range of actuarial and consulting services to the market. He brings over 40 years of experience to the role, having held senior roles at major insurers such as Equitable Life, Pearl Assurance and Aviva. Most recently, Kerry served as chief actuary at Utmost Life and Pensions.
