Keith Jones has been appointed as national account manager at Foundation Home Loans. He has worked at the specialist buy-to-let and residential lender for the last six years in a variety of sales and adviser-facing roles, most recently as its national sales manager for its residential proposition. He brings over three decades of experience working in the mortgage and wider financial services sector, joining Foundation in December 2018 having previously worked for Lloyds, Together and The Northview Group. As national account manager, Jones will work with a range of network and mortgage clubs and packager/distributor businesses right across the country, helping their advisory firms understand the Foundation product and criteria proposition.

Hampshire Trust Bank (HTB) has expanded its specialist lending offering to include restricted holiday lets. HTB stated that restricted holiday lets, with their regulatory and market challenges, require a “nuanced approach”. Its proposition includes lending on these properties with a maximum LTV of 65% and an increased ICR for holiday lets in personal names from 125% to 140%.

Lantern has expanded its team with two appointments as it strengthens its position in the credit servicing sector. Ian Davies and Sally-Anne Leppington joined the debt management provider this month, taking up the roles of servicing and partnerships director and general counsel respectively. Davies brings over 20 years’ experience in the financial and credit management sector, having held client relationship director and sales and commercial director roles at Intrum. Meanwhile, Leppington has built over two decades’ worth of expertise, having held a role as senior legal counsel at TransUnion.
