Nivo launches AI-powered assistant for specialist lenders

Nivo has launched an AI-powered product that aims to help specialist lenders grow without hiring more people.

The fintech company’s Broker Concierge product will work 24/7 over email and can handle all broker-facing tasks instantly.

This includes responding to inquiries, gathering and checking documents, structuring cases, and ensuring underwriters only receive fully packaged cases that are right the first time.

For brokers, the Concierge service would act as a dedicated assistant guiding them through every step of a case, without needing to log into portals or change how they work.

Nivo developed the product with its experience of streamlining loan origination for over 100 financial brands and one million borrowers, so the offering is trained on real-world specialist lending workflows.

“We’ve always been laser-focused on streamlining communication across lenders, brokers, and borrowers, and AI takes this to another level,” Nivo co-founder, Matthew Elliott, commented.

“Every lender we’ve ever worked with is still hiring people to do manual admin jobs; Broker Concierge changes that. It’s such an exhilarating time; we feel uniquely positioned to bring this to market because it fits seamlessly with our existing platform and the brands we work with, unlocking a whole new level of productivity.”
