PMS and Sesame partner with Quantum Mortgages

PMS Mortgage Club and Sesame Network, which are both part of Sesame Bankhall Group, have added Quantum Mortgages to their respective lender panels.

The move will provide PMS and Sesame members with access to the specialist lender’s buy-to-let (BTL) products.

Quantum’s products cover a range of criteria and properties including single-unit, multi-unit, and houses of multiple occupancy (HMOs).

Through PMS and Sesame, mortgage advisers have access to panels of over 100 lenders covering all areas of mortgage financing including residential, remortgage and specialist lending.

Strategic relationships director at Sesame Bankhall Group, Stephanie Charman, commented: “We are very pleased to be partnering with Quantum Mortgages to provide our PMS and Sesame members with additional specialist lending options to assist their professional landlord clients.

“As a BTL lender that’s solely focused on intermediaries, Quantum offers a personal and common-sense underwriting approach that fits in well with our own commitment to meeting members’ needs and offering an enhanced customer experience.”

Director of distribution and marketing at Quantum Mortgages, Spencer Gale, added: “We are thrilled to be working with one of the UK’s largest mortgage distributors and excited about the opportunity to bring our BTL products to thousands of PMS and Sesame members.

“We are passionate about fully understanding the needs of today’s landlords and our team is committed to working with mortgage intermediaries and their clients to find solutions to the individual circumstances of each case.”
