Shackleton rolls out VouchedFor’s Elevation system

Shackleton has rolled out VouchedFor’s client survey, Elevation, across its group as part of a wider move to improve its clients’ experience and also meet Consumer Duty requirements.

Elevation provides advice firms with a consistent dataset, enabling them to measure, deliver and evidence good outcomes.

The system offers adviser-level dashboards, including industry benchmarks, to help show firms the specific actions they can take to help meet Consumer Duty and deliver better client outcomes.

Previously the Skerritts Group, Shackleton has made several acquisitions in recent times, including Ellis Bates and Black Swan, both of which have been collecting and monitoring client feedback through Elevation.

Shackleton CEO, Paul Feeney, said: “Our goal is to become the most trusted provider of financial advice in the country. Listening effectively to our clients, and acting on their feedback has an important role to play here.
