Shackleton rolls out VouchedFor’s Elevation system

Shackleton has rolled out VouchedFor’s client survey, Elevation, across its group as part of a wider move to improve its clients’ experience and also meet Consumer Duty requirements.

Elevation provides advice firms with a consistent dataset, enabling them to measure, deliver and evidence good outcomes.

The system offers adviser-level dashboards, including industry benchmarks, to help show firms the specific actions they can take to help meet Consumer Duty and deliver better client outcomes.

Previously the Skerritts Group, Shackleton has made several acquisitions in recent times, including Ellis Bates and Black Swan, both of which have been collecting and monitoring client feedback through Elevation.

Shackleton CEO, Paul Feeney, said: “Our goal is to become the most trusted provider of financial advice in the country. Listening effectively to our clients, and acting on their feedback has an important role to play here.

“Having seen the results achieved by Ellis Bates and Black Swan in using Elevation, we are pleased to be partnering with VouchedFor to extend the system to the rest of our group.”

Managing director at VouchedFor, Alex Whitson, said: “Shackleton’s commitment to delivering a new standard of advice is evident in the quality of the firms it is acquiring, several of which we have worked with for years. We’re delighted to be partnering with Shackleton to help it harness the full value of client feedback.”
