United Trust Bank and Next Intelligence launch new partnership

United Trust Bank (UTB) Mortgages has announced a new partnership with mortgage club, Next Intelligence.

The move will see UTB join Next Intelligence’s panel of over 95 lenders.

United Trust Bank is a specialist lender offering a range of mortgage products designed to cater for customers not well served by the mainstream mortgage market. These include customers with complex incomes, those buying or remortgaging properties of non-traditional construction or in locations which are typically unacceptable to mainstream lenders, and customers with some degree of adverse credit.

Next Intelligence has over 6,000 registered advisers with access to the mortgage club’s experience in residential and buy-to-let mortgages, second charge loans and bridging finance.

Sales and marketing director – mortgages at UTB, Caroline Mirakian, commented: “We are absolutely thrilled to be partnering with Next Intelligence and working closely with their fantastic team who constantly strive to deliver excellence and choice to their members.

“We share that same commitment at UTB and will support their brokers with high levels of service, competitive products and slick processing, which in turn will help their customers to achieve their property aspirations. We look forward to deepening our relationship with Next Intelligence over the coming months and years.”

Mortgage club director at Next Intelligence, Cat Armstrong, added: “We are delighted to be working more closely with UTB as part of our commitment to providing flexibility and choice to our members.

“Having UTB’s first-class service and specialist products available as a payment route option marks an exciting step forward and we look forward to the many benefits it will bring to our community.”
