Vida launches limited-edition residential and BTL ranges

Vida Homeloans has launched a limited-edition range of residential and buy-to-let (BTL) purchase and remortgage products.

The specialist lender confirmed that the residential range comprises four limited-edition two-year fixed rate products at 90% LTV, available for home movers, remortgages or first-time buyers. These products have a maximum loan size of £400,000.

Vida also announced that its enhanced BTL range will be comprised of five-year fixed rate products available for purchase and remortgage at 75% LTV.

These latest changes follow recent changes to the lender’s offering, extending the residential and BTL product ranges to include an extended expat range, an extended Help to Buy range, as well as 90% LTV mortgages now available on all houses and flats.

Vida director of mortgage distribution, Richard Tugwell, commented: “We are constantly assessing the market, monitoring demand, and looking to ensure we are always providing a first-class service and enhancing our offering. We are dedicated to supporting underserved borrowers and making homeownership more widely accessible.

“Our new product launches today are another step in achieving this, and we’re confident that these offerings are a great solution to help borrowers who are cut out of traditional high street lending.”
