Zephyr Homeloans adds The Money Group to partner panel

Zephyr Homeloans has announced the addition of The Money Group’s (TMG’s) network to its key partner panel.

The specialist mortgage provider stated that adding TMG will provide members of the organisation’s broker network with access to Zephyr’s range of buy-to-let (BTL) mortgages.

Zephyr Homeloans is a trading name of Topaz Finance Limited and is part of Computershare Loan Services, a division of the Computershare Group.

The BTL lender provides mortgage products to individual and portfolio landlords and Zephyr confirmed it had previously worked closely with TMG’s club members.

“Welcoming TMG onto our key partner panel underlines our desire to continue to offer brokers high-quality BTL services and solutions in a fast-moving mortgage market,” Zephyr managing director, Paul Fryers.

“We look forward to working closely with TMG to make it as easy as possible for its members to do business with us, saving money and resources.”

TMG CEO, Scott Thorpe, added: “Zephyr has a strong market brand, and by working together we can enable TMG’s broker network to provide landlords with valued services at a critical stage in the purchase.”
