Clydesdale Bank introduces changes across residential range

Clydesdale Bank has introduced a number of changes across its residential range including reduced fixed rates and new remortgage deals.

Changes to new customer products include:

- 75-90% loan-to-value fixed rates reduced by up to 0.24%.
- 85-90% LTV professional and newly qualified professional fixed rates cut by up to 0.14%
- 65-75% LTV exclusive £1-2m fixed rates reduced by up to 0.21%
- 65-85% LTV £1m+ fixed rates reduced by up to 0.24%
- New deals have been launched for those looking to remortgage, including a 75% LTV two-year fix at 4.39% with a £1,499 product fee, and a five-year fixed rate option at 3.98%.

Furthermore, the 80% LTV remortgage deal has been reduced by up to 0.19%.

Richard Walker, head of intermediary sales, said: “We have made a number of reductions across the Clydesdale Bank mortgage range with five-year fixed rates now starting at 3.98%. We have also launched two £1,000 cashback exclusive products at 75% LTV for remortgage customers which allows them to use their own solicitors.”
