Landbay partners with Julian Harris Adviser Network; and more...

Specialist buy-to-let mortgage lender Landbay has today announced a new partnership with the Julian Harris Adviser Network.

The partnership will offer Julian Harris’ intermediaries a range of products, including ones aimed at portfolio landlords, HMOs, MUFBs, first time landlords, limited companies and new build properties. Brokers will also have access to Landbay’s innovative online intermediary portal.

Punter Southall Aspire acquires JDP Financial Services to extend personal financial planning business

Investment, savings and workplace pensions firm Punter Southall Aspire (PSA) has today acquired JDP Financial Services Ltd, a well-established firm of independent Chartered Financial Planners.

JDP Financial Services brings £220m assets under advice to Punter Southall Aspire, taking the total number of assets under advice at the firm to £4bn, and is the second IFA firm purchased by PSA this year, after it purchased Oxford IFA Focus Oxford in June.
