- Seven Investment Management (7IM) has launched a Retirement Planning Service to help advisers look after clients at or near retirement. The 7IM Retirement Planning Service brings together investment management, technology and service.

The service aims to increase efficiency for advisory firms, helping advisers to deliver services and income to their clients throughout the various life stages. The 7IM platform has the flexibility to accommodate different ‘pots’ for different financial priorities and risk profiles, to create an integrated service helping deliver the income their clients need throughout various life stages.

Britons looking to invest their cash can now take advantage of a new Innovative Finance (IF) ISA, which allows investors to capitalise on British heritage projects.

The Oaksmore ISA is offered through Oaksmore Portfolios AIFM Limited, a firm authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and a leading provider of Investment Schemes and Alternative Investment Funds.

Funds pledged to the ISA will be invested into heritage restoration projects around the UK.

- Fidelity International is to launch a new variation of its successful Multi Asset Income strategy to institutional investors.

Seeded by London Borough of Bromley with £80m and subject to regulatory approval, the Fidelity Institutional Diversified Income Fund (the Fund) will be managed in line with Fidelity’s established Multi Asset Income strategy, aiming to deliver an income of above 4% per year.

The new Fund, managed by Lead Portfolio Manager Eugene Philalithis, will invest in strategies which provide global exposure to a range of income generating asset classes.

- A new consumer friendly, jargon free comparison website connecting potential investors to tax-free ISA products has launched.

ApplesforOranges.co.uk enables consumers looking to invest up to £20,000 in a tax-free ISA, to compare and contrast the best products available on the market.

As well as providing consumers with a selection of the most hard working innovative finance ISAs, cash ISAs and stocks and shares ISAs, Apples for Oranges will also host a knowledge bank of information to help consumers understand the opportunities available to them.
