PMS Mortgage Club partners with Together

PMS Mortgage Club has announced that specialist lender Together has been added to its panel.

The new partnership will enable directly authorised members of PMS to access Together’s range of buy-to-let, residential and bridging products.

PMS operates one of the UK’s largest mortgage clubs for brokers who are directly regulated by the FCA, while Together has a particular focus on specialist financing.

Commenting on the move, PMS Mortgage Club’s specialist lending relationship manager, Stephanie Charman, said: “Together’s lending offering encompasses a wide breadth of criteria, covering areas such as unique property types and customers who have had recent credit blips.

“They take a common sense approach to the underwriting of every application, assessing an applicant’s individual circumstances. I’m sure our PMS advisers will agree that Together is an excellent addition to our lending panel.”

Together’s group intermediary relationship director, Richard Tugwell, added: “This fantastic new partnership means we can make our products available even more widely. We’ve built up a wealth of knowledge in providing finance for more complex or unusual cases during our 45-year history, and look forward to helping more brokers get the best outcomes for their clients.”
