SNM Bridging Finance joins the BDLA

SNM Bridging Finance has become the latest lender member to join the Bridging & Development Lenders Association (BDLA).

The lender provides bridging finance to individuals, property investors and businesses, specialising in supporting time-critical funding needs, including property purchases, development projects and cash flow requirements.

Loans are available on residential, commercial and semi-commercial properties.

The BDLA represents the interests of bridging and development lenders and their customers. It currently has more than 50 lender members, with a collective loan book of over £13.7bn. Its total membership including associate firms is approaching 100.

Chief executive officer at the BDLA, Adam Tyler, said: “As our membership continues to grow, our shared voice becomes stronger and our ability to support best practice across the sector increases.

“We look forward to working with SNM Bridging Finance, alongside our other members, as we continue to engage with key stakeholders and ensure the bridging and development finance sector remains responsible, robust and well-represented.”

Director at SNM Bridging Finance, Sumith Jayasingha, added: “We are delighted to join the BDLA and become part of a community focused on strengthening and supporting the specialist property finance market. Collaboration across the industry is vital to driving standards, transparency and positive outcomes for borrowers.
