TRM launches The Right Packager proposition

The Right Mortgage (TRM) has announced the launch of a new proposition, The Right Packager, available to advisory firms to place challenging mortgage cases that may previously have fallen outside of mainstream lending criteria.

TRM said the launch forms part of a commitment to supporting brokers and consumers by improving access to lending solutions for a broader range of circumstances.

The Right Packager has been designed to support advisers working with complex, non-standard or specialist cases where identifying an appropriate lender can be difficult and time-consuming. Advisers are able to use its services immediately.

By leveraging existing relationships, the proposition brings together a limited panel of specialist lenders who have demonstrated a commitment to supporting customers with diverse needs and property ownership ambitions.

These lenders are aligned in their approach to underwriting and adviser support, with commitments including access to exclusive products, early and ongoing underwriting input and procuration commensurate with the additional work involved in complex cases.

Managing director at TRM, Ben Allen, said: "Given we have an environment where mortgage cases are more complex and requiring of specialist solutions, we have decided to launch The Right Packager in order to help advisers meet this growing challenge.

"More cases now fall outside standard criteria, whether due to income structure, property type or client circumstances, and advisers may need deeper support to reach the right outcome without adding friction for the client.

"The Right Packager has been set up to give advisers that support while keeping them in full control of the client relationship. It allows advisers to retain ownership of the case, while benefiting from detailed placement and packager help, strong lender access and clear service standards."
