Brilliant Solutions adds LiveMore Capital to lender panel

Brilliant Solutions has announced the addition of LiveMore Capital to its panel of lenders with immediate effect.
 
LiveMore specialises in interest-only mortgages for borrowers aged 55 and over, and the specialist lender offers fixed rate products ranging from five years to lifetime, up to 75% LTV.
 
Brilliant Solutions managing director, Matthew Arena, said: “LiveMore really do bring something new and refreshing to the over-55 lending space and as such we are delighted to be working with the team. Their market leading LTV and fresh look at affordability for older borrowers seeking interest-only products really will enhance the later life lending offering for our members.”
