City Mortgage Solutions and SimplyBiz Mortgages confirm new partnership

City Mortgage Solutions (CMS) has entered into a partnership with SimplyBiz Mortgages and its wider group.

The London based mortgage and protection advice firm confirmed that under the new partnership, its 32 advisers will have access to the SimplyBiz Mortgages proposition.

This will include training and education seminars, a help desk, and the club’s lender and provider panels. CMS is to also work closely with SimplyBiz’s compliance teams to ensure that “high-quality consumer outcomes are maintained”, the firm stated.

“Following an in-depth tender and due diligence process across the market, we are delighted to be joining up with the well-respected SimplyBiz Mortgages club,” said CMS managing director, Paul Clark.

“We are now in our fifteenth year of trading successfully in London and the surrounding counties and, along with my fellow directors, we are looking forward to the next chapter working closely with SimplyBiz Mortgages and the other companies that trust them to maximise the potential they have.”

SimplyBiz Mortgages CEO, Martin Reynolds, added: “We have known the management team of City Mortgage Solutions for a number of years and being able to work together gain to help them achieve their growth plans is very exciting.
