Fiducia announces partnership with Doc2

Fiducia Commercial Network has launched a partnership with Doc2, a software firm that provides automated document creation and eSigning.

The move will help Fiducia to launch a centralised template library across its appointed representative (AR) network.

Fiducia said the rollout marks a “major step forward” in its operational strategy, and added that Doc2 would help ARs to manage agreement more quickly and easily, while removing the inefficiencies of manual template distribution.

Commenting on the integration, Fiducia managing director, Mark Grant, said: “Doc2’s integration into the Fiducia Commercial Network proposition goes beyond customer experience, to enhancing our brokers’ ability to progress cases with less friction and delays, and seamlessly and concurrently meeting their compliance and consumer duty obligations. It enhances their value proposition to clients.”

Executive relationships director at Fiducia, Norman Chambers, added: “The integration of Doc2’s platform has been transformative. It ensures compliance, elevates our brand with modern tech, and enhances the overall experience for ARs. It’s a real differentiator as we grow our network.”

Having been live since June, doc2’s solution has given Fiducia full control over agreement templates while allowing ARs to create and eSign documents in minutes. Doc2 said its centralised approach simplifies workflows, reduces admin time, and supports network-wide consistency.

CEO at Doc2, Joshua Harris, added: “Fiducia’s forward-thinking approach aligns perfectly with our mission at Doc2 – giving brokers the tools they need to stay compliant, efficient, and focused on client outcomes. We’re proud to support the next chapter of Fiducia’s network growth.”
