First Mortgage partners with Moneybox

First Mortgage, which is part of Mortgage Advice Bureau, has announced a strategic partnership with digital wealth manager Moneybox.

The two companies said they would aim to make homeownership more accessible, transparent, and achievable for first-time buyers and home movers across the UK.

First Mortgage that by integrating its advice into Moneybox’s digital experience, the company would significantly expand its reach to thousands more prospective homebuyers.

The latest partnership for First Mortgage has also come at a time of strategic expansion for the group, with a new office opening in Bath this September and the recent acquisition of Lucra Mortgages.

“Moneybox has built a vibrant, highly engaged community of future homeowners, many of whom are just beginning to envision their first property,” said First Mortgage CEO, Ian McGrail.

“Partnering with Moneybox means we can connect with customers at the very start of their homebuying journey, backed by a brand they already trust.”

Director of strategic growth at Moneybox, Alex Hayman, added: “Since launching in 2021, the Moneybox mortgage service has gone from strength to strength, reaching profitability and earning industry recognition for digital innovation and service excellence.

“This partnership marks a positive next step for the business, unlocking greater opportunity for both our customers and our colleagues.”
