Just Mortgages grows New Build division

Just Mortgages has announced further expansion to its New Build division by growing its team to 23 brokers before the end of the first quarter of 2020.

This would be an increase from eight at the start of 2019, with Just Mortgages also announcing new plans for its broker force to more than double in size over the next two years.

Just Mortgages said its New Build division works directly with developers to ensure prospective purchasers have access to face-to-face advice from a fully qualified broker, and that this differs from other leading broker firms, suggesting these offerings are predominantly telephone-based.

The further growth of its New Build division will enable Just Mortgages to offer the service to a wider range of developers and prospective purchasers.

Just Mortgages New Build financial services director, John Doughty, commented: “There is strong demand for new housing but it’s important that would-be buyers get the right mortgage deal. We’re committed to working with developers to help purchasers access the finance they need.

“It’s important that Just Mortgages brokers deliver our service in person. This enables us to build a strong relationship with developers, estate agents and with potential purchasers.”
