Lumin Wealth acquires Professional Financial Centre

Lumin Wealth has announced the acquisition of Professional Financial Centre (PFC), a Berkhsire-based financial advice firm, for an undisclosed sum.

The deal will add over £50m of assets under management (AuM) to the Lumin VZ Group and is the ninth acquisition by the company since 2019.

Lumin Wealth is a financial advice and discretionary fund manager, with offices in St. Albans, London, Bishop’s Stortford, Beaconsfield and Reading.

The group said its latest transaction builds on its strategy to partner with “like-minded advisers” who share the same standards and commitments for advisers and their clients.

Managing director of the Lumin VZ Group, Martin Cotter, said: “We are delighted to welcome PFC to Lumin. Directors Kirsten Dalton and Jeremy White are highly competent chartered financial planners with a combined 50 years’ of experience in the industry.

“PFC shares the same focus on providing independent and high-quality personalised financial advice. We look forward to working together and are confident that the move will be a success for both parties going forward.”
