MPowered Mortgages has announced that it has partnered with PRIMIS Mortgage Network.
Advisers at PRIMIS, the UK's second largest mortgage network, will now have access to MPowered’s full range of residential mortgage products for prime borrowers.
MPowered’s prime residential products include two, three, five, seven and 10-year fixed rate mortgages with rates starting from 5.09%. The offering also includes the lender’s 85% LTV mortgage range, launched last month.
Over the past year, MPowered has grown its network of broker partners to around 7,400 in total. It has received investment backing from Barclays, Citigroup’s SPRINT arm and M&G Investments as well as other key investors.
“We are delighted to be partnering with one of the industry’s most well established and well-regarded networks,” commented director of mortgages at MPowered, Emma Hollingworth. “Offering homeowners choice supported by independent advice is more important than ever during this challenging time for buying or remortgaging a home.
“As such, we are pleased that our products will be available to PRIMIS’ expansive network. This is the fifth large distribution partnership we have announced in the past few months, which is testament to our commitment to growing our foothold in the prime residential market.”
PRIMIS offers a comprehensive panel of mortgage lenders, as well as protection and general insurance providers. The network provides mortgage and protection advisers with support that includes training, events, business development and regulatory guidance.
“MPowered joining our lending panel is the next step in ensuring our brokers have access to the broadest range of products available, in order to best serve their clients’ needs,” added PRIMIS proposition director, Vikki Jefferies.
“Not only will this partnership with MPowered mean more choice for our network of brokers and ultimately borrowers, but it will also mean that borrowers who choose MPowered through us will experience a smoother and faster mortgage journey through their use of innovative technology.”
