MPowered Mortgages partners with Quilter

MPowered Mortgages has announced it is launching a new partnership with wealth manager, Quilter.

The firm will have access to MPowered’s full range of prime residential products which include two, three, five and 10-year fixed rate mortgages, at rates starting from 4.13%.

Quilter provides financial advice, advice-led investment solutions and investment platform services for financial advisers and their clients.

MPowered’s loans are available up to £1.5m, to 85% loan-to-value (LTV), while its borrowers can also benefit from a free valuation on each application and a choice of no arrangement fee options.

Head of intermediary distribution at MPowered, Paul Kane, said: “We are pleased to be partnering with one of the UK’s leading wealth managers, offering Quilter’s clients access to our range of prime residential mortgage products.
