One Mortgage System partners with Bath Building Society

One Mortgage System (OMS) has announced a new partnership with Bath Building Society.

The move is being supported by transformation consultancy, Deploy 12, which is working alongside both organisations to ensure a smooth rollout across the society’s operations.

By adopting OMS’ cloud-based lending origination platform, Bath Building Society will now streamline its application-to-completion mortgage operation for both brokers and direct customers.

The OMS platform allows for enhanced automation, improved data accuracy and greater transparency.

Bath Building Society chief mortgage officer, Craig Brown, commented: “We are excited to join forces with OMS to speed up our mortgage processing to make it easier for brokers and direct mortgage customers to do business with us.

“The new technology will improve service overall while supporting our underwriters to deliver the personal service our broker partners and members value. This advancement underpins Bath’s strategy for sustainable member growth, allowing us to welcome more members while maintaining exceptional service.”

OMS CEO, Dale Jannels, added: “It’s great to support Bath Building Society in the transformation process as they use technology to improve efficiency, be more cost effective and ultimately drive growth over the next seven years with OMS. Beneficial technology and more so AI, is no longer an option, it’s a must.

“We’re seeing many companies, like Bath Building Society, looking at the ways they currently transact with customers, and ultimately transforming to how their customers want them to transact in the future. We’re looking forward to a long and successful relationship with Craig, Richard and the great team at Bath as they embark on this journey.”
