Pegasus Insight joins IMLA as associate member

Pegasus Insight, a recently established professional research services consultancy firm, has become the latest associate member of the Intermediary Mortgage Lenders Association (IMLA).

The move takes IMLA’s combined total of associate members to 65.

Pegasus was set up in May this year to supply a range of research and consultancy services to unlock insights for its clients, with a focus on the financial and professional services sectors. It offers qualitative, quantitative, behavioural science and data-scienced based approaches to meet clients’ business and research objectives.

The business will be represented by founder and managing director, Mark Long, who is known to many people in the mortgage industry after a long career with BVA BDRC.

He said: “I’m delighted that Pegasus Insight has been accepted as an associate member of IMLA. The group does a really excellent job of representing and promoting lender views. As an insights business, I’m excited to build our market knowledge through membership, which in turn we can deploy in the work we do for a wide range of lenders right across the industry.”

IMLA executive director, Kate Davies, added: “It is a great pleasure to welcome Pegasus as the latest associate member of IMLA. We have worked closely with Mark since he and his former team created IMLA’s Mortgage Market Tracker in 2015. We look forward to working with Pegasus as it brings its perspective to our discussions on the key business issues facing intermediary-based mortgage lenders.”
