Quantum Mortgages appoints Specialist Hub to packager panel

Specialist Hub has been appointed to the packager panel of Quantum Mortgages.

The company has over 38 years of experience in the specialist finance market, providing specialist financial products for mortgage brokers, independent financial advisers, and other industry professionals.

Specialist Hub’s lending portfolio includes commercial and semi-commercial, regulated and unregulated bridging, specialist buy-to-let (BTL), and residential first and second secured loans.

A specialist BTL lender and new to the market, Quantum Mortgages’ lending practice centres around the needs of experienced landlords.

Having closed a significant seed funding round, Quantum Mortgages secured an initial £1bn of funding as well as having the backing of a global investment manager with over £10bn of assets under management.

Specialist Hub managing director, Tony Sutton, commented: “We are delighted to be on board with Quantum Mortgages and look forward to a fruitful and rewarding relationship working together with them in the future. They have recently come to the market and provide a common-sense attitude to lending decisions with a great product choice and helpful and modern lending criteria, something which is very refreshing in today’s market.”

Quantum Mortgages sales and marketing director, Spencer Gale, added: “I have known Tony for many years, he has built up a great business and brand in the packaging world. I am delighted Specialist Hub have joined our panel, our proposition for the experienced and professional landlord will enhance the lenders they currently have on their panel and I am confident we will add value to his business and introducers.”
