Roma Finance added to Optimum Commercial’s panel

Optimum Commercial has announced the addition of Roma Finance to its new Optimum Elite panel.

Roma Finance has been working with Optimum Commercial for several years and its panel appointment is in line with the development of Optimum Elite, which Optimum Commercial described as the “fastest growing commercial finance network”.

Optimum Commercial also suggested that both firms are in a period of “significant change” and are focused on increasing distribution and education, in order to help the intermediary market and property investors create opportunities.

“We are delighted to be in partnership with both Optimum Commercial and Optimum Elite and are looking forward to supporting their partners and the business as a whole,” said Roma Finance commercial director, Nick Jones.

“We have similar beginnings; both born from the ideals of doing things differently and being customer centric. This new agreement is a natural step forwards and we are excited for what the partnership will bring.”

Optimum Commercial national sales director, Chris Duckworth, added: “Roma Finance is an agile and innovative lender with a unique proposition and we are thrilled to be able to bring their offering to our partners.

“The demand for bridging and development finance is continuing to increase and our advisers need good and stable new options for their customers. This partnership is a great opportunity for both businesses and I am looking forward to a future full of success.”
