Chase de Vere launches financial advice service for the dental profession

Chase de Vere has unveiled a new service focused on providing independent financial advice to dentists, as well as a new partnership with Denplan.

The new business, Chase de Vere Dental, will include a nation-wide team of 16 advisers which will be headed up by Andrea Sproates, who has 21 years’ experience in providing advice to medical and dental professionals.

There will also be an online hub of information available to dentists, ranging from how to get the most out of their NHS and private pension schemes to finding the best deal on their mortgage.

Chase de Vere is already familiar with advising dentists and other healthcare professionals, having worked in partnership with the British Medical Association since 2005.

The new partnership with dental payment plan specialist Denplan will also see its 6,500 member dentists offered the specialist financial advice service, with a particular focus on NHS pensions.

Chase de Vere chief executive Stephen Kavanagh said: “We have provided exceptional financial advice and service to dental professionals for many years. It is a natural progression for us to launch Chase de Vere Dental, and through our partnership with Denplan we will be able to offer our services to a larger number of dentists, and become recognised as the ‘go to’ experts in giving financial advice to members of their profession.”

Denplan head dental officer Catherine Rutland added: “We know from talking to our members that NHS pensions are a real concern for them when considering whether to move to a fully private practice. Our partnership with Chase de Vere Dental will give our dentists access to top quality independent financial advice, with a particular focus on NHS pensions to help them answer any concerns they have.”
