Vida Homeloans launches new ‘Premier’ range with rates starting at 2.79%

Vida Homeloans has launched a new ‘Vida Premier’ range, covering both residential and buy to let mortgages, with rates starting from 2.79% for specialist residential businesses and an LTV of up to 70%, and 2.89% for specialist buy to let businesses, also with a 70% LTV.

The mortgage lender has reported that their ‘Vida Premier’ product is the “most price-competitive” range that they have offered and is available to customers with “slightly” impaired credit histories.

Vida Homeloans mortgage sales director Louisa Sedgwick commented: “Vida Homeloans is committed to offering flexibility and value to both residential and buy to let customers, and the Vida Premier range is part of that commitment.

"Last week we announced new criteria such as maximum 90% LTV for first time buyers and a £4m maximum loan for BTL portfolios. Now our new Vida Premier range also offers attractive rates to those customers with appropriate credit records.”
