Aspen appointed to Beneficial’s lender panel

Aspen Bridging has been appointed to Beneficial network’s Specialist Mortgage Lender Panel with immediate effect.

The lender announced it will assist Beneficial’s 120 independent advisors with both applications and education.

All Beneficial members will have access to Aspen’s “introduction” technology via a dedicated web portal which will give brokers a decision in minutes on any bridging case. Aspen suggested the structure will ensure it can meet its time-based service excellence targets, which aim to take the majority of applications from enquiry to completion in three to 10 days.

The lender will also deliver training to highlight the benefits of bridging finance with webinars, one-to-one support and eventually broker visits – all planned to further promote expertise in the sector.

Aspen director, Jack Coombs, commented: “Now more than ever, bridging has a vital role to play in assisting brokers and their customers as a core financial solution to their current plans. We will work closely with the Beneficial community to relay this message and meet their needs in a timely manner.”

Beneficial managing director, Jason McDonald, added: “Beneficial welcomes a new innovative lender to our panel. Aspen will be well received by our network advisers and we look forward to our future synergistic mutual relationship.”
