Vida adds to sales team with key account manager appointment

Vida Homeloans has announced it is growing its sales team with the appointment of a key account manager for the north.

Newly appointed Darren Cunliffe will report directly to Vida’s national sales manager, Andy Alvarez.

Cunliffe recently spent almost 10 years as building development manager (BDM) at Nationwide Building Society, and has knowledge of the intermediary sector as both a broker and a BDM.

He has a wide network of contacts he has worked with for several years and Vida suggested he is joining the specialist lender with a “strong reputation for knowledge and service excellence”.

The lender’s director of mortgage distribution, Richard Tugwell, added: “I am pleased to welcome Darren into our growing team of key Account managers.

“He brings a wealth of knowledge of the intermediary market and a raft of great contacts in the industry. I look forward to welcoming Darren to Vida and working with him to further enhance our relationships with brokers.”
