CHL Mortgages for Intermediaries launches partnership with PRIMIS

CHL Mortgages for Intermediaries has announced a new partnership with PRIMIS Mortgage Network.

The partnership means that PRIMIS' brokers will now have access to CHL’s buy-to-let (BTL) mortgage range, which caters for both individual and limited company landlords.

CHL offers a standard BTL product range for single dwelling properties and HMO/MUFBs with up to six bedrooms or units.

It also provides a range for complex property types, including HMO/MUFBs with up to 10 bedrooms or units, as well as products suitable for borrowers who intend to let a property for a short period of time, such as holiday lets or serviced apartments.

Group distribution director at CHL, Roger Morris, said: "This is an exciting new chapter for us and we’re looking forward to working closely with PRIMIS in the future.

"Having access to PRIMIS’ large number of professional mortgage advisers will give us even more scope to develop and grow our specialist mortgage offering."

Strategic partnership manager at PRIMIS, Liz Wilkie, added: "We’re delighted to welcome CHL Mortgages for Intermediaries to PRIMIS’ panel.

"This partnership will give our brokers access to their range of specialist lending products which will help them meet their clients’ ever-changing needs."
