Specialist lender, OSB Group, has announced it is extending the support on offer from its high net worth (HNW) client management team.
The firm’s HNW team, which was created in March this year, will now support intermediaries and their clients who have larger and more complex bridging finance requirements, where the deals are £2m or more.
OSB Bank began trading as a bank in February 2011 and contains specialist lending brands Precise Mortgages, Kent Reliance for Intermediaries and InterBay Commercial.
In March, OSB Group said that its HNW team, which includes Marc Callaghan and Krissy Salmon, would hold ongoing reviews with brokers and their clients to ensure they are getting the most from their relationship with the lender and their borrowing requirements.
Head of specialist finance at OSB Group, Emily Hollands, commented: “We’ve seen considerable success across the bridging market within both Precise Mortgages and InterBay and recognised that certain cases would benefit from additional support and guidance.”
“It was a logical step for Marc Callaghan and his team to expand their offering to include bridging cases as not only do they have the background and expertise in all types of bridging but their relationship skills really align with the complex requirements that these cases present and ultimately help clients achieve their financial goals.”
“We always strive for excellence and we’re confident that this news will be welcomed and help meet our intermediary partner’s evolving needs.”
SPF Private Clients head of short-term lending, Amadeus Wilson, added: “The tailored and collaborative approach that the high net worth team demonstrates is really leading the market in terms of service offering and client centred approach.”
“Having personally worked with Marc and the team on some quite complex cases, his knowledge and experience have been absolutely instrumental in getting deals through to successful completions. I have every confidence that this initiative will be very successful and Marc will continue to be my first port of call.”
